Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within Malaysia.
International shipping is available for selected countries. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and shipping rates.

Processing Time

Once payment is confirmed, orders will be processed, packed, and prepared for shipment within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During promotional periods, peak seasons, or public holidays, processing time may take an additional 1–2 working days.

Estimated Delivery Time (After Shipment)

West Malaysia:
1–7 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays)

East Malaysia:
• Air Delivery: 3–10 working days
• Sea Shipment (for selected items or remote areas): Up to 30 working days

Delivery duration may vary depending on courier service, destination, weather conditions, and customs clearance (for international orders).

Self Pick-Up Option

Customers may choose self pick-up during checkout. Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on delivery location and parcel weight, and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.
